Mr. Abdullah Bugshan, a long standing Member of the Board of the
Bugshan Group, believes that NTC has reached a turning point and he is committed to transform the
company to become the very first performance focused business solutions company based in Riyadh
to serve the Middle East.
After an exhaustive search, Mr. Bugshan chose Mr. Hisham Serry as the best qualified director
to lead NTC’s transformation. During his 24 years in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Serry has held the
positions of EMC MD for Saudi/Bahrain/Qatar, Saudi Oracle MD, and Sales manager of AT&T/NCR
for the Government Sales division. Moreover, he has extensive knowledge in the Middle East
especially in Telco, Oil & Gas, Financial services, and private organizations.
Mr. Serry's Saudi mentor and a major client of his over the last fifteen years repeatedly
reminded him of a successful formula when dealing with clients. His mentor noted, "One
should, when dealing with a client, be: transparent, looking for a truly win-win scenario,
client driven as opposed to project driven, wisely linked to a healthy number of clients,
and committed to a long term client relationship. This formula has never failed him and
he intends to apply it fully to transform NTC.
Given Mr. Serry's track record in the area, Mr. Bugshan is confident that Mr. Serry as the
