“NTC and its affiliate Promastar have commenced a project to develop and implement a Program and Portfolio Management System for Saudi Consolidated Engineering Company (Khatib & Alami), one of the Kingdom’s leading engineering companies. The project includes the development and implementation of a PMO (Project Management Office) along with Project, Program and Portfolio Management processes, workflows, tools, templates and forms. A one year operation phase shall follow to reinforce the implemented environment with operational expertise. The project comes as part of Khatib & Alami’s pursuit for modernizing and upgrading its Enterprise Project Management capabilities to advance to an international Project Management maturity level”
