| Wherify, Siemens and NTC bring Enhanced GPS to Middle East |

| The agreement positions the three companies as key players in personal
location services in the region. Under the agreement, Wherify has shipped initial quantities to NTC,
which are offered as "Ayna-Anta" services (www.ayna-anta.com) of personal safety and location with an
initial emphasis on child and family safety communications. The services will be introduced in the
region with the support of Siemens Dubai. |
